Slow to medium flow with a languid rhythm. Awaken the body with gentle flows and sequences. A bit of chill, a bit of challenge. Look out for me on the schedule at Iam Yoga. I also teach Puppy Yoga, which is—you guessed it—a yoga class with puppies!
stillness: yin & restorative yoga
Restorative & yin are an excellent introduction to stillness and meditation: work with breath, body, and mind. I teach yin & restorative yoga every Sunday at 6:30 at Iam Yoga Midtown.
